Blue Lemon advises Kraft Foods

  Cadbury's premises at El Prat (Barcelona)

Following Kraft Foods acquisition of Cadbury and in concordance with its policy to only own production premises, Kraft Foods decides to sell the Property located at El Prat de Llobregat, as there was no production activity in that site that was only used as offices.

The building developed 4.300 m² of offices and more than 10.300 m² of industrial warehouse, in a plot of 34.800 m².

Kraft Foods agrees with Blue Lemon to market this building, as a result during 2011 marketing process it was sold beginning of 2012 to Grupo DAMM breweries.
